It is often very difficult to get accurate and detail info from Korean government.
Especially, when it comes to new regulation or rules, English translation is somewhat limited.
Based on the latest update regarding Covid-19 rules, South Korea decided Friday to ease social-distancing rules, however the highest level (level 4) of social-distancing will be continued for another two more weeks amid the continued COVID-19 resurgence.
The level 4 is the highest in the country's four tier COVID-19 quarantine rules, will be maintained in Seoul, its surrounding Gyeonggi province and the western port city of Incheon until Sunday, Oct 31st.
Under the level 4 rules, the business hour of restaurants and cafes will continue to be limited to be until 10PM.
However, the numebr people who are allowed in a gathering will be increased to eight instead of six.
(four vaccinated people and upto 4 unvaccinated people) it won't be allowed if there are 3 vaccinated people and 5 unvaccinated people.
In the non-capital region, the level 3 will be kept in place until Oct 31st. The business hour of restaurants and cafes will be allowed until midnight. Also, the number of people allowed for private gatherings will be 10 including at least 6 vaccinated people (5 vaccinated and 5 unvaccinated... etc won't be allowed)
